The LEARN team is proud to invite you to the third installment of Los Angeles Beit Midrash (LA|BM), a monthly meeting of the hearts and minds where we engage in ancient Jewish learning with a flare for the modern.
LA Beit Midrash is an open-level beit midrash (house of learning) where we will study the weekly parsha (Torah portion) alongside a hevruta (study buddy). Bring a partner to learn with or get matched when you arrive.
Our dreams are coming true, as we fill the room with young Jews participating in this millennia-old book club (with no prior reading required). We’re hoping to grow the buzz and depth this month. What to expect? A warm, supportive environment to become familiar with the core text of our tradition and to form deep connections to one another. It’s the Hebrew school you wish you went to.
