Counting Our Days, Making Our Days Count – Rabbi Keilah Lebell

In this strange time we are living through, we can find strength and meaning by counting our days and keeping some kind of record of what we’re experiencing. Since we’ve been sheltered in place, time has warped. Our days flow together. Hours can feel interminably long, yet the weeks seem to disappear. And of course we are all constantly wondering: how long will this last? It can be easy to feel held captive by this uncertainty. But by counting our days, we can better appreciate them as part of a story — a story that’s much greater than this crisis.
