Out of the rubble of Tisha b’Av, we are told, the moshiach is born. Yes, the commemoration of Tisha b’Av, and the experience of any crash moment, presents us with a chance to mourn what’s lost. But if it ends there, we might just be missing the whole point: Will we deny the crash? Run away from it? Or will we embrace with vigor and vision and joy, the opportunity for a serious rebuild?
