Rabbi Ronit Tsadok

Associate Rabbi/Director of Community Learning

Like many Angelenos, Rabbi Ronit Tsadok is an east coast transplant who came to LA for the sunshine… and also for the Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies, where she was ordained in 2012. Through a series of fortuitous events Rabbi Tsadok joined the staff of IKAR in 2008 as the Educational Intern and has been thrilled to be on the team since then as the Rabbinic Intern, Rabbinic Fellow and now Associate Rabbi.

Over the years — whether she was a fundraiser at Rutgers, a manager at Target, or an Assistant Teacher at Solomon Schechter Day School — Rabbi Tsadok found that she cherished any opportunity to share with adults and children the ways that Torah and the Jewish tradition can help us live more intentional and meaningful lives. She is grateful to have found IKAR, where traditional and innovative, past and present, personal and communal, particular and universal are all ingredients in creating a Judaism that is resonant and rooted. Contact Rabbi Tsadok to talk about Minyan Tzedek (IKAR’s Justice Initiative), Adult Learning, Life Cycle events, TRIBE (20s/30s), having coffee, or (her personal favorite) Talmud.
