With twelve years immersed in Jewish education, Tamara’s journey reflects a dedication to both early childhood development and teen programming. Tamara holds a master’s degree in early childhood education from American Jewish University and a bachelor’s degree in child and adolescent development. Her work in early childhood education provided a foundation for her passion for guiding educators and fostering a love for learning in children.

In addition to her work with young learners, Tamara is deeply involved in building and running the teen programming at IKAR. Her innovative approach ensures that teens are engaged, empowered, and provided with opportunities for growth within the Jewish community.
