Morgan is originally from Florida and always dreamt of moving to sunny Los Angeles. Growing up, Morgan was an avid Girl Scout and volunteer in her community. Starting her career at Universal and Disney, she discovered her talent for delivering exceptional experiences. During this time, she graduated from Valencia College with an A.S. in Technical Theater.

Moving to Texas to be closer to family, she immersed herself in training and development, building a training program from scratch for a thriving fast-casual concept, and pursued a B.S. in Business from Tarleton State University. Finally arriving in LA in 2021, Morgan combined her passion for creativity, planning, and unforgettable experiences as a catering and events coordinator for a high-volume concept. Her passion for making a difference in our community led her to IKAR, where she is beyond grateful and excited to join as the Programs and TRIBE Coordinator. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys theme parks, nature, and keeping up with pop culture trends.
