Our virtual Morning Minyan is one of the best-kept secrets of IKAR. Monday-Friday and Sunday at 8am PT on Zoom, we’ll explore a different modality we might use to help us access our prayer life: singing, meditation, study, etc. And each day we will end with a Mourner’s Kaddish.

Join Minyan Tzedek for a guided tour of “Jewish Boyle Heights: Memories of Brooklyn Ave.,” a walking tour led by Shmuel Gonzales, the legendary “Barrio Boychik” and one of LA’s most beloved neighborhood historians. Together, we’ll explore the organizing, immigrant, labor, and multiracial Jewish history of Boyle Heights through the streets that shaped a generation of Jewish Los Angeles. From mutual aid networks to anti-fascist organizing, the tour offers a glimpse into our city’s long history of Jewish solidarity. Free for IKAR members. Suggested $18 donation for non-members.
