Boomers (60+) Hanukkah Party Potluck

Come celebrate the Festival of Lights with delicious food, warm community, and plenty of holiday spirit. We’ll light the Hanukkiah together, enjoy music and fun activities, and share a festive meal created by you—our wonderful community.

Please bring a favorite vegan/vegetarian dish to contribute to our potluck table. Traditional Hanukkah treats are always welcome (hello, latkes and sufganiyot!), but any dish you love is perfect. Kindly label your contribution with ingredients to help those with dietary restrictions. Don’t forget to bring your hanukiah!

The Midwives Birthed Into the World More Than Those Hebrew Babies
Parashat Shemot 5786 – A seemingly superfluous sidebar in our grand narrative in fact models what we most need to remember in a time of tyranny: There will emerge a vast moral vacuum. Step into it. Use the power you do have to muck up the machinery of injustice. Lean into faith. And remember that goodness, courage, and integrity are contagious. This is how we push back against the darkness.
