Taste of IKAR – Israeli Dancing

This event is for IKAR members only.
 
Join us for an energetic evening of Israeli dance, led by IKAR community member Susan North Gilboa as part of our Taste of IKAR series, hosted by the Capital Campaign team. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or brand new, all are welcome to join in the fun. Throughout the evening, there will be an opportunity to learn more about The IKAR Center and ask questions about our vision for the future. As we work toward our goal of 100% community participation, every gift truly makes a difference. The evening will conclude with a clear fundraising ask. A light snack and drink will be provided; no meal.

About The Taste of IKAR Series:
 Taste of IKAR is a curated event series designed to give our community a tangible “taste” of the kind of vibrant, creative, and soul-nourishing programming we will be able to offer in the new IKAR Center. Each gathering brings to life a different dimension of what’s to come—food, music, learning, art, and meaningful connection—offering an experiential glimpse into a future filled with dynamic Jewish life.

Our virtual Morning Minyan is one of the best-kept secrets of IKAR. Monday-Friday and Sunday at 8am PT on Zoom, we’ll explore a different modality we might use to help us access our prayer life: singing, meditation, study, etc. And each day we will end with a Mourner’s Kaddish.

Creating Circle

IKAR Creating Circle (Virtual)
Join this virtual, interactive circle using the Jewish Studio Process, facilitated by Ross Berman and Ann Bohrer. Explore the power of making process art in community as a tool for personal and collective renewal. All are welcome – no art experience needed. Unlock your creativity. Your confirmation email will include the Zoom link and information on art supplies to have on hand. We meet from 6-8 pm PT. Please arrive a few minutes early.
