Born and raised in Los Angeles, Nikky has spent her entire career dedicated to building communities of purpose, equity, and impact. For over 20 years, she has led teams, boards, and campaigns that strengthen education and social justice across Los Angeles. Most recently, as Managing Director of External Affairs at City Year LA, Nikky guided board engagement, partnerships, and communications for the organization’s largest site, helping generate millions in support and deepening connections with partners and community.

She brings a background in corporate social responsibility, communications, and strategy and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
